Our Values

We are committed to living out the values of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to love God, love others, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.

GOSPEL — Jesus changes everything.

Through His life, death, and resurrection, He brings renewal to hearts, families, and cities.

Romans 1:16 — “The gospel is the power of God for salvation.”

COMMUNITY — We’re better together.

The Church is a family of grace where love makes Jesus known.

John 13:35 — “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

MISSION — Sent to make a difference.

Every believer is called to join God’s work of renewal.

John 20:21 — “As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”

JESUS — Our center and our life.

Everything begins and ends with Him.

Colossians 1:18 — “That in everything He might have the supremacy.”

PEOPLE — Everyone matters to God.

No one is too far, and everyone is invited into His love.

Luke 15:20 — “While he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion.”

CITY — For the good of Pawtucket.

We seek its peace and prosperity through service and generosity.

Jeremiah 29:7 — “Seek the peace and prosperity of the city.”

ROOTED — Deep before wide.

Our strength comes from intimacy with Jesus through prayer, Scripture, and rest.

Jeremiah 17:7–8 — “They will be like a tree planted by the water.”

Our Beliefs

We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.

  • Divine Scripture

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God—the final authority for faith and life.

    Scripture References:

    2 Timothy 3:15–17; Psalm 119:105; Isaiah 40:8; Romans 15:4; Hebrews 4:12

  • Triune God

We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—coequal in power, glory, and majesty.

    Scripture References:

    Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2

  • Loving Father

We believe God the Father reigns with holiness, wisdom, and love—Creator of all and spiritual Father to those who trust in His Son.

    Scripture References:

    Romans 8:15–16; Genesis 1:1; John 3:16; 1 Corinthians 8:6

  • Saving Son

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human, who lived sinlessly, died for our sins, rose from the dead, and will return as Lord and Judge.

    Scripture References:

    Philippians 2:5–11; Isaiah 7:14; John 1:1–2, 14; 1 Peter 1:3–5

  • Indwelling Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within believers, convicting of sin, empowering for service, guiding in truth, and transforming hearts to reflect Christ.

    Scripture References:

    John 16:7–14; Romans 8:9–11; Ephesians 1:13–14

  • Human Dignity

We believe all people are made in God’s image—fallen yet loved, broken yet redeemable through faith in Jesus Christ.

    Scripture References:

    Genesis 1:26–30; Romans 3:23–24; Ephesians 2

  • Gift of Salvation

We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone—a gift from God, not earned by works or merit.

    Scripture References:

    John 3:16; Romans 10:9–10; Ephesians 2:8–10

  • Eternal Hope

We believe Jesus will return to renew all things, bringing justice and restoration, and that believers will live forever with God in a new heaven and new earth.
